The Philippines is the country most exposed to the climate crisis and home to the most climate-anxious young people in the world, yet it has no comprehensive climate curriculum. This paper is the most comprehensive account to date of climate education in the Philippines: what the country's children are actually taught about the crisis, how, and what is missing, drawn from eight years of fieldwork across every major island group and a review of the global literature. It sets out four structural failures of the present curriculum, five design principles for rebuilding it, and an institutional pathway carried through to filed national legislation.
