KLIMA KURRICULUM

Though innovative, Klima Kards is merely an introductory tool to pique interest. After we had introduced regenerative systems through these cards, we created a comprehensive sustainability curriculum, translated into Tagalog and indigenized for the Filipino youth. Students will no longer feel that climate science is an isolated concept. With indigenized examples, they can take ownership of these realities and have a higher stake in the climate crisis. Students will start from simple concepts such as the Sustainability Compass and the Sustainable Development Goals to more complicated models, including the Planetary Boundary Model, Coriolis Effect, and Doughnut Economics. Through education technology, this curriculum can reach every student in the Philippines.
